Terms of engagement
The conditions that apply when you use this website or accept an audit scope.
Acceptance
By using this site, you agree to these terms. An audit engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope and required deposit is received.
Nature of our work
Sourcepilotgrid provides independent cost-document review. We do not provide immigration legal advice, tax advice or assurance that a permit will be granted. You remain responsible for application decisions, complete disclosure and advice from appropriately qualified practitioners.
Client responsibilities
You must supply lawful, accurate and relevant documents; identify known omissions; redact unnecessary personal data; and review factual descriptions in our findings. Timelines begin when a complete handover is received.
Intellectual property
Our report may be used by the named client and their appointed advisers for the scoped application. Templates, methods, site copy and branding remain ours. Source documents remain the property of their respective owners.
Fees and changes
Fees, payment stages and delivery dates appear in the accepted scope. Material changes to applicant count, jurisdiction, document volume or deadline require written agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for permit decisions, supplier conduct, exchange-rate movement, incomplete client information or indirect loss. Nothing excludes liability that South African law does not permit us to exclude.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Courts with jurisdiction in Johannesburg will hear disputes after reasonable efforts at direct resolution.
