Request this auditWho this review is for
This audit suits an individual or family preparing a relocation permit application, an employer funding a transfer, or an immigration practitioner who wants an independent check before lodging. It is most useful once quotations and official fee references have been collected but while corrections are still possible.
What is included
We reconcile your cost schedule against the supplied quotations, invoices, tariff notices and written assumptions. The audit tests applicant counts, currencies, VAT treatment, exchange-rate dates, duplicated lines and arithmetic. It covers permit charges, professional fees, document certification, translations, medical examinations, police clearances, courier costs and relocation expenses only where they appear in your stated scope.
You receive:
- an annotated cost schedule with each line marked supported, unclear or unsupported;
- an evidence-gap register ranked by likely effect on the file;
- a reconciliation summary showing additions, duplicates and unresolved differences;
- practical questions to take back to advisers or suppliers; and
- one 30-minute video or telephone call to discuss the findings.
What is not included
We do not give legal advice, select a permit category, certify documents, contact government departments on your behalf or guarantee an application outcome. We do not verify whether a supplier delivered a service. Fraud investigations, tax opinions and forensic accounting are separately scoped.
How the audit runs
1. Scope confirmation
During a 20-minute intake call we confirm the permit category, number of applicants, countries involved, currencies, current file stage and submission date. We then issue a written scope and fee.
2. Secure document handover
After acceptance, we provide secure transfer instructions. Send the current cost schedule and only the supporting cost documents relevant to the review. Redact identity numbers and unrelated bank information.
3. Independent examination
A senior cost reviewer performs the reconciliation. A second reviewer checks the totals and finding classifications before issue.
4. Findings and correction
The PDF report and marked schedule arrive within five working days of receiving a complete file. Your findings call must be used within ten working days.
Preparation and constraints
Label documents consistently and include the date and currency for every quotation. Tell us where a cost is an estimate. Files over 80 supporting documents, more than two applicants, urgent deadlines or multiple destination jurisdictions require a tailored quotation.
Next step
Send an enquiry with your permit category, applicant count and intended submission date. Do not attach personal documents to the first message.
