Fees include VAT where applicable and are confirmed before work begins. No monthly plans or automatic renewals apply.
What changes an estimate
We consider the number of applicants, permit categories, currencies, cost lines and supporting documents. Multiple destination jurisdictions, documents requiring translation, incomplete indexing and turnaround shorter than five working days can add review time.
After a short intake call, we send a fixed quotation for the stated scope. If the handover differs materially from that scope, we pause and agree any adjustment before continuing.
Payment stages
For standard reviews, 50% is due when the scope is accepted and 50% before the report is released. Larger employer files may use agreed milestones. Payment secures review capacity; it does not influence findings or an application decision.
Cancellations
Cancel before work starts for a refund less unavoidable payment charges. Once examination has begun, completed time and committed specialist costs are deducted. See the refund policy for full conditions.
